Who we are
Site & Cite is a web studio and SEO, AEO and GEO agency based in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: hello@siteandcite.com.
What we collect
When you fill in our free check form, we collect:
- your name and business name;
- your type of business and city;
- your WhatsApp number;
- your website or Instagram account, if you choose to give it.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell data. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
Why we use it
- To run your free check and send you the results.
- To contact you about our services, such as the AI Visibility Audit.
Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides content delivery and security.
- Formspree receives free-check form submissions and forwards them to our email.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
- WhatsApp is used if we send your results there.
These providers may process data outside Indonesia. We only share what is needed to deliver the service.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for 12 months, unless you become a client. Client data is kept for as long as the contract requires and for any period required by law afterwards.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR, you can:
- ask for a copy of the data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it;
- ask us to delete it;
- withdraw your consent to being contacted.
Email hello@siteandcite.com and we will respond within 14 days. You also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
